Rating
We received our kit today- it has some great basics in it. I like that it has a water bottle and purifying tablets in addition to prepackaged H2O, in case of emergency and the 72 hrs is up and you’re still stranded you have another option if you are near a body of water. Same goes for the camping stove with propane tablets and emergency candles. Also love the crank am/fm radio and flashlight. We are supplementing our bag with a better first aid kit- the one enclosed is kind of a joke. We also added a compass, military issue flint/fire starter, water pump/filter and more deyhdrated food to carry a us both thru a whole week. It didnt cost much more to add these items and we figured while we are trying to be prepared, we might as well add to our pack.
Compared to other packs I like this one- it gives you other options than just sitting tight and waiting to be rescued…
