Would you ask for food or panhandle if you had no choice?

You had a good job, always paid your bills took care
of business had a nice house, nice car. Self sufficient
you didn’t need help from anyone. One day all of that’s
gone, accept maybe the car and a few belongings.

Would you let deep rooted pride get in the way of
your survival, or go into that bakery and ask for
something to eat or panhandle in front of
a store? Yes, I know there are food banks
but what if there weren’t any?
When it comes to stealing food, there’s
a conflict indeed. I witnessed an incident
like that, the owner of the store said, just
let him go. Now there was a boss with
a good heart.

how do i get financial help for my family, 2 disabled adults and 2spec.needs kids who lives on only soc.sec.?

I am 60 y/o gal,was RN for 35y,now disabled with collapsed spine,heart failure.husband of 33 yrs disabled with copd and heart disease with 5 way open heart bypass, was employ 20yr at same place. Raised 4kids, then adopt 2 spec.need kids before disability.Now live on only mates Soc.Sec. income. $14.00yr too much for Section8housing, $100.yr to much for Tanf/food program. All on Medicare&Me.Care.Need help for kids clothes,food,transp.glasses,other survival.we are not trash, workrd all life lived in own rural home 25yr now lost,bankruptcy cleared 3 yr debt owed from Soc.Sec. battle and wait for income.Now live in urban apt. with culture shcok and poverty! have tried multiple avenues for help even work at food bank for food.we barter some services because we are educated and have many other valuable skills to teach and share. we now beg for charity of any kind to help us raise a 6 yr old girl and 9 yr old boy adopted with multiple probs from birth and abandoment issues.Can you help?

What would happen to all the bank balances and global debt. If we where thrown bank 100 years, until we were able to rebuild. Is it possible we could all start getting along in the interest of mutual survival or would it make us all more cynical and scared of each other.
